Authentic pizzas
Our pizzas are made from 100% Neapolitan durum flour, with a minimum of 48 hours of wild yeast fermentation. In addition to Altamura white sourdough, the double sourdough pizza dough also contains rye sourdough, wholemeal flour, toasted barley malt, and ancient grains ground in our own granite stone mill. Size: 30-32 cm.
