Browsing among the products offered by the foodora Partners, which can be used free of charge by all Visitors, as well as the use of ordering and delivery services registration which can be used with registration only.

The contents, the data and the information made available on the Website change continuously due to the nature of the foodora Service, they are for informative purposes only. The Service Provider expressly strives for providing the Visitors and registered customers at all times with the latest contents and offers. Since the information displayed on the Platform as well as the list, the description and the price of Products are given by the Partner, the Service Provider shall not be held liable for their content, up-to-dateness, availability and quality and cannot be obliged to pay compensation.

All times indicated on the Platform are estimated times, the Service Provider may specify the delivery times indicated on the Platform algorithmically, considering the data of previous Orders and other circumstances. The actual delivery times are also affected by other, unforeseeable external factors that are independent from the Service Provider and the Partner.

Users may only use some of the available functions and services of the Website (e.g., placing an order) by registering on it. The process of registration, the contract concluded with the Service Provider with the registration and the content of other services can be found in the General Terms and Conditions.
